From Edinburgh and Glasgow
INCLUDES: Transportation by air-conditioned luxury touring coach; multi-lingual commentary; services of a professional driver/host; service charges and taxes.

A fascinating tour that will introduce you to the history of Stirling with its famous Castle and the natural beauty of the Loch Lomond National Park.

We start our tour with a drive to the pretty village of South Queensferry, overlooking the Firth of Forth.

Next we make our way northwards where our drive will take us past the attractive town of Linlithgow with its palace ruins overlooking a lovely loch. It was here that Mary, Queen of Scots was born in 1542.

Stirling is our next treat. Here there is an opportunity to visit Stirling Castle. The castle overlooks the ancient city of Stirling and is one of the historic buildings that have come to symbolize the spirit of Scotland. Our extended stop in Stirling will allow a leisurely visit to the Castle or the chance to explore the town itself.

Our scenic drive continues through the village of Doune, with its 14th century castle to Callander, a pleasant tourist town that became popular in Victorian times.

The Trossachs is a wonderful area of lochs and wild mountain vistas. We travel by Loch Venachar then climb the dramatic Dukes Pass to the pretty village of Aberfoyle, where we will make a stop.

We end our tour on a real high-note as we drive to the "bonnie, bonnie banks" of Loch Lomond. We will stop in Balloch where you can enjoy an optional cruise on the loch or visit the nearby Loch Lomond National Park Visitor Centre.
